I have dedicated my life through committed actions to raising aspirations and extending opportunity to the current and next generation of biologists, scientists, and visionaries who view life beyond the Earth as a human aspiration, and the search for life an opportunity to expand our understanding and awareness.

I used to be an absent minded professor.  Now, in retirement, alas, I remain absent minded.
